San Diego Comic Con Wrap Up: Warner Brothers / DC Comics

San Diego Comic Con was on this weekend which means we got a ton of trailers and info about the upcoming comic book movies and geeky things in general!

This years San Diego Comic Con was pretty amazing! I may or may not have spent the whole day refreshing a few websites to see what had happened (side note, I totally did!) This blog is all about the DC Comics panel:

First up: “Wonder Woman” (we got the first trailer for the movie and I can’t wait!)

Here’s a synopsis of the movie:

“Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.”

This will be the first superhero movie that stars a female character as the lead!! It looks so good! Wonder Woman hits theaters Summer 2017!

Next up: The final trailer for DC Comic’s “Suicide Squad” this one is about a bunch of bad guys who have to take on something even worse then they are!

“Suicide Squad” is out in 2 weeks, August 5th

Last but not least, something no one was expecting, a teaser trailer for 2017’s MASSIVE DC Comic’s team up…”JUSTICE LEAGUE”

In case you’re not up to speed on all of these comic book characters, the Justice League is the equivalent of the Avengers. The team is made up of Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg (to name a few!)

Needless to say yesterday was a great day to nerd out if you’re a fan of these movies! They just keep looking more awesome every time a new one is made! Now that SDCC 2016 is over, it’s time to go and rest!
