Some Of Their Candy Is Actually Good!

If you trick-or-treat in Canada at some point in your life you’ve received these mysterious little candies wrapped in orange and white paper. They’re supposed to be soft(ish) and most of us overlooked them for better treats. Kerr’s has been manufacturing candy since 1895 and our taste in sweets has evolved quite a bit in that time. The traditional Halloween kisses have been on the scene for 75 years, but did you know the company also makes other Halloween-only special treats?

Halloween Kisses

Kerr’s Halloween Kisses are probably the Halloween candy you’re most familiar with from the company. These molasses-flavoured “treats” are sold only for a few weeks leading up to Halloween.

What About The Rest Of The Year

Outside of Halloween Kerr’s makes year-round candies like scotch mints, ju jubes, and sour lemon drops. They also have seasonal favourites for Christmas like chocolate mints, candy cane kisses, and gingerbread toffee.
