Bad Bunny Leads 2022 American Music Awards Nominations with 8 Nods

The nominations for the 2022 American Music Awards are here, with Bad Bunny leading the way with 8 nods including his first for ‘artist of the year.’  If Bad Bunny wins in all eight categories, “he would tie Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston for the most AMAs in a single year,” according to Billboard.

Beyoncé, Drake and Taylor Swift follow closely behind with six nominations, while Adele, Harry Styles, The Weeknd, and Future receive five nods.

The 2022 American Music Awards will air live on Sunday Nov. 20.
