If you haven’t started your Christmas shopping, Gwyneth Paltrow is here to help! She has a weekly publication called GOOP that features cool lifestyle items that you might be interested in buying.

Each November she does a roundup of some of her favourite things and this year’s list is pretty epic. Check out the full list if you want to pine and dream about all of these wonderful things that Gwyneth has discovered, but don’t get too attached.

If you’re not into material things, Gwyneth has some advice for charitable gift giving. She says if you can rustle up $20,000 you can use it to establish a $1,000 annual scholarship at many universities. There’s also the opportunity to help fund a cancer study.
