Overnight-Pancakes  Make this batter before going to bed for fluffy pancakes the next morning.

Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) whole-wheat flour
75 mL (1/3 cup) chopped toasted walnuts
50 mL (1/4 cup) flax seeds
45 mL (3 tbsp) granulated sugar
15 mL (1 tbsp) baking powder
250 mL (1 cup) 1 % milk
1 omega-3 enriched egg or regular egg
5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla
