WATCH: Premature Twins Hold Hands

This family from Australia has been through a VERY emotional few weeks.

Their twins were born 11 weeks early weighing about 2 lbs and required close medical attention. Their mom caught this adorable video and its gone viral. Of course its sweet to see the twins holding hands (which is why I watched it), but the message of hope to other parents going through the exact same thing is what really matters. The couple continue to post on their Facebook page to keep up dates and the babies are doing well.
