Are calories during the holidays a “free pass”…like they don’t count?? If not, keep reading to find out how to burn them off!

Add up all the calories from the appetizers, stuffing, gravy, pies and all the food from the Thanksgiving Dinner, its somewhere between 3000-5000 calories (think if you had multiple dinners this weekend)

 

Here’s what do you need to burn off all of these calories!

 

WALKING: For the average person to walk off a full turkey dinner you would have walk quickly for 12 hours and 45 minutes.

JOGGING: If you can muster up the energy to move a little quicker and enjoy a good run, be prepared to jog for 6 hours and 36 minutes.

SEX: Research says you can burn 3.5 calories per minute during sex. It really depends on your intensity but you will be looking at 19 hours of getting freaky.
