What’s wrong with the word “Curvy”?

Instagram has banned the word “curvy” in hashtag form because it violates the sites policies. According to someone from Instagram, the issue with “curvy,” isn’t what it represents — which is often body-positive images of voluptuous figures in various states of dress and undress — but how it was being used. Apparently the Curvy hashtag was being used to share pornography, which is NOT allowed on the site.

Users are pretty mad about the ban and they’re using the hashtags #BringCurvyBack, #EverybodyIsBeautiful and #Curvee to campaign for the return of the hashtag. Curve model Olivia Wilson is fronting the campaign. What do you think of the ban?
